1. Provide a VISION for future facility improvements which inspire stewardship participation in the implementation and vision which aligns with the mission and goals of Our Lady of Mount Carmel.

2. Enable interim site and facility improvement projects to be completed with
   the long term vision.

1. Provide a guideline for future curriculum, programs, activities, facility utilization and improvement with a 25 year outlook in mind.

2. Provide a Master Plan which is visionary and flexible, focusing on short term and long term needs of the religious and educational mission while reinforcing the Catholic identity.

3. Implement efficiency within the existing and new spaces to ensure maximum utilization, flexibility and avoid single use spaces.

4. Address additional meeting space and office space for the needs and function of the mission.

5. Overall and long range plan for property acquisition and site plan.

6. Connection within the campus, while providing efficiency within these spaces.

7. Address the accessibility of the campus and the individual buildings to allow access to every area.

8. Physical assessment of MEP systems to determine if new space requires additional systems and upgrade or new central plant.

9. Marketing material included for fundraising and phasing.

10. Address all-day kindergarten opportunities.
