The OLMC Children’s Faith Formation (CFF) program aims to help children preschool through 6th grade - not attending the OLMC School - develop a personal relationship with Jesus Christ, while fostering a love for the Bible, the Church, and all of God’s creation. We accomplish this through evangelization and catechesis based on the four pillars of the Catechism: Creed (Scripture and Tradition), Liturgy and Sacraments, Catholic morality, and prayer.
For any questions, please contact the Faith Formation office at (317) 846-3878 or email olmcCFF@olmc1.org.
Christ Our Life by Loyola Press is the religious education series used by our elementary faith formation students. The content for each grade builds on the previous year’s focus and on the four pillars found in the Catechism. This series encourages parents to get involved with the faith development of their children. Each grade focuses on these topics:
First Grade1. Trinity |
Second Grade1. The Church & Mary |
|
Third Grade1. Catholic Faith |
Fourth Grade1. Eternity & communion of Saints |
|
Fifth Grade1. Paschal Mystery |
Sixth Grade1. Perfection of God |
